We want you to have a great experience securing your accommodation at University and living in York while at Uni.

To support this aim, we, Simon and Suzanne Ibson, own and manage three properties in the York area. We are hands-on and proactive and hope we are approachable too. We have three children of our own, one daughter who has just graduated from university, one daughter who is still at university and a son who is in Y10. We understand, from the perspective of both a student and a parent, how important it is to have a good and positive experience whilst living in student accommodation and that a good relationship with your landlord is part of this.
